About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice Principal to join our team at North East Autism Society. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational vision and strategy of our independent specialist schools.

About You

We are looking for a qualified and experienced teacher who is passionate about education and has a strong track record of leadership and management. You will have a proven ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and parents, and will be committed to delivering high-quality education and care to our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of all operational activities within the school, including direct teaching and management of staff.
  • Assist the Principal with the overall management and strategic development of our education services.
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to develop and implement educational policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.

Requirements

  • QTS (required)
  • Proven leadership and management experience in education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
