About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice Principal to join our team at North East Autism Society. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational vision and strategy of our independent specialist schools.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of teaching and leadership experience, with a strong passion for education and a commitment to supporting the needs of autistic and neurodiverse individuals. You will be a collaborative and innovative thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of all operational activities within the school, including direct teaching and leadership of staff.
  • Assist the Principal with the overall management and strategic development of our education services.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to inspire, support, celebrate, and equip autistic and neurodiverse individuals to fulfill their potential in life.
