At Thrive Tribe, we're passionate about delivering award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programs that make a real difference in people's lives. As a Client Project Executive, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this mission.

Our Integrated Healthy Lifestyle Service, One You Lincolnshire, has been supporting local residents since 2019. We're looking for someone to help us build partnerships with external organisations and colleagues in Primary and Secondary care to improve client uptake and meet targets.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive service development and growth.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of outreach and community events that meet the needs of our organisation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Thrive Tribe services to identify opportunities for new projects and service developments.
  • Help us maintain our organisational culture by driving our values forward and embedding them in everything we do.

We're looking for someone with a good degree of IT knowledge and the confidence to represent our organisation at outreach events. In return, we offer:

This is a permanent, full-time contract with 37.5 hours per week. You'll be based in Lincolnshire, with regular travel across the county and occasional requirements to attend Thrive Tribe HQ in Stratford.
