Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Van Courier to join our team at TRC Yorkshire in Crewe. As a Van Courier, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting parcels from our Parcelshop and Smart Locker network. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role with a competitive salary of £12.05 per hour.
As a Van Courier, you will be expected to have a valid UK driver's license and no more than 6 points on your license. You will also need to have a recent DBS check or be willing to obtain one. In addition, you will need to be able to pass a driving assessment and have strong communication and customer service skills.
The working hours for this role are 5-6 days per week, including weekends, from 9am starts. The location is Crewe, CW1.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Deliver and collect parcels from our Parcelshop and Smart Locker network.
• Manually load and unload vehicles with packages.
• Follow established delivery routes and schedules.
• Ensure all parcels are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to recipients and senders.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• A valid UK driver's license.
• Have no more than 6 points on licence (minor offenses only).
• Have a recent DBS check or be willing to obtain one.
• Ability to pass a driving assessment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to manually load and unload vehicles.
• Flexibility to work 5-6 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
