Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Specialist to join our Cost Management team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects within budget and time constraints. This will involve pro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow.
You will need to have excellent technical skills in cost management, as well as experience of working with NEC3 Option C contracts. Your ability to collaborate with client and contractor teams will be essential to the success of our projects.
Our team is passionate about delivering outstanding results and exceeding client expectations. We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
