We are seeking a skilled Sales and Account Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Woking, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our company's expertise and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations and driving business growth.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, providing actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales and Account Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, with a passion for driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred), with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
