Deputy Fostering Recruitment Manager

NonStop Social Care is seeking an experienced Deputy Fostering Recruitment Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and recruitment, with a focus on fostering and therapeutic care.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the assessment process, providing supervision and support to Independent Assessors and internal assessing Social Workers.
- Manage and provide QA for all Form F assessments throughout approval.
- Travel to recruitment activities across the region, including Nottingham, Derby, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Kettering, Wellingborough, and Northampton.
- Qualified Social Worker with experience working with recruitment, Form Fs, and QA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Permanent contract, full-time.
- Annual salary increase.
- Home-based role with flexible working arrangements.
