We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the development and management of our brand-new Parent and Child fostering provision.

Job OverviewAs a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the agency, ensuring the effective delivery of services in line with organisational goals and regulatory requirements. You will also oversee the assessment, placement, and review process for parent and child fostering placements, ensuring the provision of high-quality care and support to families.
Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the agency, ensuring the effective delivery of services in line with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Operational Management: Run the day-to-day operations of the agency, including the management, recruitment, training, and supervision of staff members.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality assurance systems to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
- Case Management: Oversee the assessment, placement, and review process for parent and child fostering placements, ensuring the provision of high-quality care and support to families.
- Social Worker with relevant qualifications to act as the Registered Manager.
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a fostering or childcare setting, with a strong understanding of the regulatory framework.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in parent and child assessments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
- Sound knowledge of child development, attachment theory, and family support interventions.
- Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the workplace and wider community.
