## Job Title: Deputy Fostering Recruitment Manager

## Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Fostering Recruitment Manager to join our team at NonStop Social Care. As a Deputy Fostering Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the assessment process, providing supervision and support to Independent Assessors and internal assessing Social Workers.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the assessment process, ensuring that all Form F assessments are completed to a high standard
* Provide supervision and support to Independent Assessors and internal assessing Social Workers
* Manage and provide QA for all Form F assessments throughout approval

## Requirements:

* Qualified Social Worker with experience working with recruitment, Form Fs, and QA
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
