About the Role

This position involves supporting families with family time, completing home visits, and working directly with children. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with families who require support with behaviour management strategies, routines, and boundaries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting families with family time and daily routines.
  • Completing home visits to assess family needs and develop support plans.
  • Working directly with children to provide emotional support and guidance.
  • Budgeting and referring families to available support services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of child development and safeguarding principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use relevant software.
