Main Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of schools to provide high levels of support and consultation for operational colleagues.
  • Provide therapeutic advice and guidance to teams to enable them to support young people throughout their journey with Horizon.
  • Develop, write and regularly review/update therapeutic goals for children and young people in education.
  • Develop and contribute to the delivery of therapeutic and psychological training to all staff in the organisation as part of the Therapeutic Academy.

This role involves working alongside other Therapists and Psychologists to ensure that the therapeutic needs of children and young people who attend a Horizon school are understood, and interventions are planned and delivered to support these identified needs.
