Crown Castle International Corp. is seeking an experienced Construction Network Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day activities of network construction teams, including all aspects of fiber splicing and engineering support within an assigned geographic area. The estimated annual salary for this role is $115,000-$165,000 based on location and experience.

The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience in direct supervision/management of employees, network engineering design, splicing, and/or construction implementation, network construction standards, proven people and project management skills, strong background in fiber optic infrastructure engineering, construction, and restoration methods, familiarity with OSP and ISP installation standards and practices, and Microsoft Office skills. A valid driver's license is also required.

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of fiber splicing for service delivery, break-fix, and network maintenance within an assigned area. You will collaborate with NOC, Engineering, Field Operations, and Change management teams to improve quality processes, deliverables, and customer experience.

This role falls into our hybrid work model, working in the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates have the option to work from home or the office, with expectations of collaboration and travel for moments that matter.
