At Crown Castle International Corp., we're the nation's largest provider of shared communications infrastructure: towers, small cells, and fiber. Our teams work together to meet unprecedented demand—connecting people and communities and transforming the way we do business.

We're a total benefits package and professional growth development company that cares for our teammates and is an active member in the communities where we live, work, and do business.

  • Collaborate with NOC, Engineering, Field Operations, and Change management teams.
  • Establish, monitor, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of deliverables and supporting workflows to measure operational performance and identify areas for improved process efficiencies.
  • Maintain quality service by understanding and enforcing organization standards.
  • Ensure 24/7 network maintenance support within an assigned area.
  • Schedule and prioritize workload of network construction and external vendor resources.
  • Develop and implement district-level long-term planning and resource planning to support future growth.
  • Verify all work meets Crown Castle construction standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Act as Crown Castle safety observer and Quality Assurance representative at sites, ensuring compliance with Crown Castle safety program and related workmanship practices.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • 5 years of experience with direct supervision/management of employees, network engineering design, splicing, and/or construction implementation, network construction standards, proven people and project management skills, strong background in fiber optic infrastructure engineering, construction, and restoration methods, familiarity with OSP and ISP installation standards, and practices, and Microsoft Office skills.

Benefits
