Job Title: Planner (Short Term)

Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to take the role of Services Support Centre Resource Planner (Short Term) within our busy Services Support Centre at Philips Healthcare.

  • Incident planning and case management for all Philips managed modalities, including Scotland US and Philips HPM Field Service Engineers.
  • Ensuring appropriate management of field capacity to allow for correct scheduling by planning resource teams for all Philips managed modalities.
  • Assigning and dispatching of Field Services Engineers based on advice from an onsite technical helpdesk, considering FSE location, workload, and urgency of the situation.
  • Management of Field Service Engineer absence requests for all Philips managed modalities.

  3. The ability to work well under pressure, managing a high volume of telephone calls.

This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire, with hybrid working, allowing flexibility to work from home two days a week once the initial training period is over. Shift patterns include an 8.00pm shift once a fortnight and a Saturday or Sunday 8.30pm shift once every six weekends. Weekend and late shift work can be done from home.
