Job Description:

This part-time Care Assistant opportunity will see you working within our registered care home, The Crossings, supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities. Your role will involve assisting with personal care needs, accompanying service users on outings, and promoting skills and involvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Caring and enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to make a difference
  • Effective communication skills, adapting to complex needs
  • Ability to work shifts, including some weekend and bank holiday work
  • Strong teamwork and flexibility skills
