We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary with experience in private client conveyancing to join our team at Brook Street UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of secretarial and administrative duties, including travel and diary management, audio typing, and document management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out secretarial and administrative duties
  • Travel and diary management
  • Audio typing and transcription
  • Document management
  • Maintaining client confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure
