Main Responsibilities- Provide Anaesthesia Services: You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality anaesthesia care to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
- Supervise Junior Staff: As a senior anaesthetist, you will provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior medical staff, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
- Contribute to Research and Development: You will be expected to contribute to our research and development initiatives, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in anaesthesia and sharing your expertise with the team.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: You will work with our quality improvement team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Lead and Manage Teams: As a senior anaesthetist, you will be responsible for leading and managing teams of anaesthetists, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently to deliver high-quality care.
- FRCA or Equivalent: You must hold a Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA) or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in High-Risk Surgery: You must have extensive experience in delivering anaesthesia for high-risk surgery, including major and complex procedures.
- Leadership and Management Skills: You must have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver high-quality care.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
