Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspection and Repair: Conduct thorough initial inspections of reported faults and execute repairs with precision and expertise, ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our clients.
  • Coordination with Contractors: Assess issues requiring professional attention and effectively communicate detailed descriptions to contractors, guaranteeing swift and effective resolutions.
  • Luxury Upkeep: Install high-end white goods and assemble exquisite furniture, adding a touch of elegance to our luxury properties.
  • Impeccable Maintenance: Maintain pristine cleanliness on-site, including the prompt removal of any graffiti, and ensure the safety and proper installation of shelving, curtain rails, and decorative fixtures.
  • Artful Redecorations: Utilize your artistic flair to carry out redecorations as needed, elevating the aesthetic appeal of our properties to the highest standard of luxury.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Keep meticulous logs of reported defects and actions taken, promptly escalating requests for external contractors when necessary, and ensuring all tools and equipment are in optimal condition.
  • Security Measures: Ensure the security of our properties by fitting new locks, fixing doors and windows, and promptly addressing any broken glazing to maintain the integrity of our luxury spaces.
  • Technical Proficiency: Conduct regular testing of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, perform Portable Appliance Testing, and handle minor electrical and plumbing maintenance with finesse and expertise.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in painting, decorating, and general property maintenance.
  • Proficiency in minor electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks.
