Supporting Students with Special Needs

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and flexibility to meet the unique needs of students.
This full-time, long-term role offers a competitive salary of £83.33 per day and the potential for permanent positions. The successful candidate must hold a UK driving licence and own car, with access to business insurance.
Responsibilities and Requirements:- Provide individualised support to students with special educational needs.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and therapists to develop comprehensive support plans.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and update support plans as needed.
- Support students with daily academic tasks and implement interventions that promote positive behaviour outcomes.
