Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales technical support and consulting for customers, including product demonstrations.
  • Assist the sales team in qualifying prospects and developing tailored cybersecurity pitches based on customer use cases and data analysis.
  • Advise customers on best practices for cellular IoT security, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • 6+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, specifically in cybersecurity, IoT security, or mobile network security.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies, including Secure Service Edge (SSE), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), and encryption standards.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Chicago and other locations.
