Job Title: Care Specialist

Job Summary:
Randstad UK is seeking an experienced Care Specialist to join our team in Belfast. As a Care Specialist, you will provide invaluable support to senior Social Workers and management teams in the delivery and provision of efficient and effective services to young adults.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide advice and support to young people, including practical advice and advocacy on their behalf
* Participate in assessing the needs of young people leaving care and contributing to the preparation of pathway plans or care plans
* Liaise with other professionals in the implementation of the support plan as required
* Coordinate the provision of services and ensure that young people make use of such provisions

Requirements:

* 5 GCSEs at Grade A-C, including English language or equivalent
* Minimum of two years' direct and recent experience of engaging with adolescent young people
* Valid UK driving licence and car business insurance
* Effective communicator and ability to build rapport with parents, young people, and social care professionals
