Nurse Care Specialist

To deliver exceptional care and support to our residents, we are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Beaumont Care Homes. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prescribing, delivering, and supervising the execution of excellent standards of care in accordance with Beaumont Care Homes Ltd policies and procedures.
- Leading the care team to ensure the delivery of excellent standards of care and promoting rehabilitation where appropriate and independence where possible and desired.
- Participating in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.
