Job Overview

A Maintenance Technician is required to play a key role in our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) team, contributing to forward-thinking maintenance strategy using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement PPM tasks with precision.
  • Identify faults, test, and maintain mechanical/electrical systems, providing data and insights via CMMS system.
  • Actively seek and apply new methods to increase equipment reliability and efficiency, implementing improvements and participating in 5S and RCA activities.
  • Ensure smooth handovers across shifts, communicate with OEMs for technical support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in CMMS, report on lifecycle issues, record all tasks completed in line with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems and preventative maintenance processes.
  • Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to lead shift-based problem-solving and implement continuous improvements.
  • Experience with 5S programs and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Team-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards in equipment management and reliability.

What We Offer
$62,500 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience.
