Social Work and Team Leader

Liverpool Early Help Service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to oversee consultant social workers, social workers, and outreach family support workers in the Liverpool Early Help Hubs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing staff and experience in case work.
About the Role
The Team Manager will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing level of need decisions, triage and allocation of referrals, supporting grant funded projects and pilots, oversight of work completed in the Early Help Hubs, supporting the implementation of various pilots, and managing staff to achieve high quality outcomes. They will also develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, ensure the delivery of high quality services to service users, and manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
