**About the Job:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Autism Learning Support Mentor to join our team at TeacherActive. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with autism and other special needs, and be able to provide individualized support to help them reach their full potential.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a degree in Special Education or a related field, and experience working within SEND settings. They will be able to work effectively in a team and communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized support to students with autism and other special needs
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicating effectively with students, parents, and staff members

Requirements:

  • Degree in Special Education or related field
  • Experience working with students with autism and other special needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
