We are currently seeking an exceptional SEN teacher to join our team and deliver high-quality education to students with diverse learning needs.

This exciting opportunity involves teaching students with SEN, developing inclusive lesson plans, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.

The successful candidate will have the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, foster positive relationships, and maintain accurate records.

Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement tailored education plans to support students with SEN.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless support.
  • Contribute to ongoing professional development and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
