Job Title: Learning Mentor

Estimated Salary: £9,000 - £10,000 per month, equivalent to £108,000 - £120,000 per year, based on 190-200 days of work, depending on experience.

Location: East Devon

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning Mentor to work within a thriving secondary school in East Devon. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of pupil needs and be able to provide a stimulating educational experience.

Main Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing effective learning plans for pupils with special educational needs
  • Working closely with teachers and support staff to deliver a holistic educational experience
  • Providing one-to-one support and small group sessions to pupils who require additional help
  • Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and development

The successful candidate will also require experience of working with students with Autism, ADHD, moderate learning difficulties, and mental health.
