About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at the Singapore Lounge in Heathrow airport, terminal 2. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up the kitchen prior to a lounge opening
  • Preparing a particular kitchen station by bringing all food containers to that point in the line
  • Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal
  • Assisting with marinating, cutting, and precooking foods
  • Cleaning the kitchen before the Lounge closes
  • Cleaning and sanitising their area with warm water and soap
  • Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift
  • Plating food creatively and maximising customer enjoyment
Requirements
  • A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop craft skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous chef experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic food hygiene
  • Good customer service skills
