Our Technical Skills Trainers are responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to our engineers, ensuring they remain compliant with industry standards and meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Quality delivery of technical training across all key engineering disciplines
  • Group management and learning journey progression for engineer training groups
  • Meeting performance levels in relation to success rates and timely skills and qualification attainment
  • Managing administration relating to engineer training, assessment, and internal quality assurance
  • Leading by example on safety performance within the workplace
  • Being an ambassador and promoter of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, creating a culture that allows colleagues and customers to thrive
  • Accountable for own Continuing Professional Development, ensuring compliance and technical expertise with relevant competencies, legislation, and industry codes of practice
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure quality and timely completion of delivery solutions

As a Technical Skills Trainer, you'll be an integral part of our team, working towards a common goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
