Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the operational leadership team to review and monitor outcomes/KPIs using data to support improvement through technical development.
  • Identify technical needs/themes for individual colleagues when creating and delivering technical development.
  • Be the referral and escalation point for colleagues with technical queries.
  • Support the technical lead to cultivate the right capability for their functions, including the delivery of new colleague training.
  • Work collaboratively with team leaders to build technical capability across the teams and support CCL to develop a technical strategy for their functions.
  • Utilize data gathered through audits, team leader coaching, and control reports to identify systemic/thematic development requirements and create/implement solutions.
