Palliative Care Specialist

As a member of our Hospice at Home team, you will play a vital role in providing palliative care to patients in their own homes. This challenging and rewarding role requires a high level of clinical expertise, compassion, and empathy.
You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
The ideal candidate will have experience in palliative care, community nursing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of end-of-life care principles. A valid UK driving license and business cover insurance are essential requirements.
We offer a competitive salary of £**£32,000 - £43,041** per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
