About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Governance, People and Ethics department, you will play a critical role in shaping our people development strategy and ensuring the effective implementation of our governance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement people development strategies to enhance the skills and capabilities of our staff.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on governance and people development matters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address governance and people development needs.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to governance and people development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in people development and governance roles.
- Strong knowledge of governance and people development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
