At Crooton, we're looking for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team of compassionate caregivers. As a Senior Night Carer, you'll provide person-centred care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
About the Role: You'll be responsible for supervising a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and contributing to creating a warm and welcoming environment. Your role will involve assessing resident needs, developing care plans, and providing individualised care and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for someone who is warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
