About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Drama Teacher to lead our drama programme at Wayman Group in Chelsea.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for theatre arts education and a proven track record of delivering high-quality drama lessons and programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing engaging drama lessons that meet the needs of students from diverse backgrounds
  • Leading a team of teachers to deliver effective drama programmes and projects
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum initiatives
  • Evaluating and improving drama programmes to ensure they meet the needs of students and the school community

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Specialization in Drama or related field, with a strong understanding of pedagogical principles and practices
  • Proven experience in leading drama programmes and teams

Salary: The salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
