Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage a portfolio of claims up to £100K, working closely with brokers and clients to resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive investigations into policy and legal liability for EL, PL, and Disease claims, using advanced negotiation skills and tactics to achieve successful outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a logical and measured approach to all tasks and interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve claims handling processes and outcomes.
- Proven negotiation skills and experience in managing EL, PL, and Disease claims.
- Strong proactive approach to managing own caseload, with a commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
- Able to make accurate and pragmatic policy and legal liability decisions, with a focus on cost-effective and timely resolutions.
- Detailed end-to-end knowledge of the claims process, with a strong understanding of litigation procedures and quantum assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Competitive annual salary of up to £27,000.
