Job Overview

Listers is currently looking to recruit an organised and motivated Parts Manager to manage and lead our busy parts departments at our VW & Skoda Dealership in Banbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the parts department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of parts staff
  • Ensure that all parts department activities are completed to a high standard
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Monitor and report on parts department performance

What We Offer:

Excellent basic salary with an OTE of up to £35,000 plus benefits and use of a company car. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a leading dealership group.
