About the Role

Maven Consulting Group Ltd is seeking a Medical Report Writer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a well-established, people-focused organisation.

What You Will Do:

You will carry out 3 client assessments per day, conducting telephone, video or face-to-face interviews to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.

Using your insights, you will produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine eligibility for benefits.

The role does not involve making decisions; your focus will be on gathering information and producing accurate reports.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £37,800 per annum
  • 10% bonus equivalent to £3,780 yearly, paid in one lump sum
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Full-time and part-time positions available, with flexibility to work three, four or five days per week
  • An attractive package including annual leave, bank holidays, and pension scheme
  • Hybrid/home working options available
  • NMC or HCPC fees paid for, along with CPD revalidation support

Requirements:

We are looking for an NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) or HCPC qualified Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Occupational Therapist with at least one year of broad post-registration experience.

Candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be proficient in IT and computer skills, and be comfortable working with diverse conditions, including mental health.
