About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to join our team at Hiring Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing contracts and agreements with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue software price quotations for existing and new clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate the issuance of licence agreements and addenda, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Distribute products to clients via courier and email, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide assistance to clients with download and security device problems, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Issue sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining a high level of financial integrity.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients via email and Microsoft Teams, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Attend regular meetings with clients to discuss contracts and agreements, ensuring a high level of understanding and compliance.
  • Provide ad hoc assistance to clients and colleagues to achieve the goals of the company, demonstrating a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Assist in the preparation and writing of tender/bid documentation, as well as participating in the drafting and negotiation of more complex licence agreements.
Requirements
  • University/College degree in a relevant field, such as business or law.
  • Good school results in both Maths and English, demonstrating a high level of academic achievement.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
