About the Role
The Junior Pre-Contracts Manager will assist and learn the Pre-Contract process and estimating on projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Planning: Developing a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Design Coordination: Working closely with architects and designers to ensure design plans are coordinated and meet project requirements.
- Cost Estimating: Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring all costs are accurately accounted for.
- Procurement: Working with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for the project, ensuring procurement is done within budget and timeline constraints.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the construction phase.
