Position: Junior Pre-Contract Manager

• Work on award winning Cat A + B Office Fit Out Projects

• Our client is an industry leading provider of integrated workplace solutions, specializing in office design and build and furniture. They are looking for a hungry Junior Pre-Contracts Manager to join their team in Guildford and help deliver projects up to circa £5m. Your primary objectives of the role will be assisting/learning the Pre-Contract process and estimating on projects.

Project Planning: The Pre-Construction Manager would work with the project team to develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule.

* They would work closely with architects & designers to ensure that design plans are coordinated and meet project requirements.

* Cost Estimating: The Pre-Construction Manager would prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for.

* Procurement: They would work with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for the project, ensuring that all procurement is done within budget and timeline constraints.

* Risk Management: They would identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the construction phase.

In return for your expertise, our client offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, plus Commission.
