Telecommunications Coordinator

We are seeking a committed Telecommunications Coordinator to facilitate the efficient operation of our healthcare services on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently sort and direct calls and emails to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
- Update and modify information as necessary to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain precise records of all incidents and complaints requiring Switchboard involvement.
- Address stakeholder inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, representing our organization positively.
The successful Telecommunications Coordinator will possess:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Outstanding telephone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation.
- Adeptness in working under pressure, both independently and collaboratively, with a flexible approach to meet business needs.
- Confidence in a healthcare setting, with an understanding of interacting with patients who may be in distress.
- Compliance with a Disclosure & Barring Service check, with costs covered by the employer.
