Our finance team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations, and we are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
The RoleYou will be an integral part of our Accounts Payable team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, providing essential support to internal teams and suppliers, and ensuring the efficient processing of invoices. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing a high volume of purchase ledger invoices while meeting set KPI targets.
- Liaising with suppliers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any invoice or account discrepancies.
- Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations and supporting month-end and year-end processes.
- Answering supplier telephone queries in a professional and confident manner.
- Supporting process improvements and driving efficiencies within the Accounts Payable team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- AAT qualification or studying towards it (or equivalent).
- Experience in a Purchase Ledger role.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for teamwork.
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 33 days annual holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), sick pay scheme, pension scheme, life assurance, and employee discounts.
