Job Title: Improvement and Excellence Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Improvement and Excellence Lead to join our team at Kettering General Hospital. As a key member of our Improvement and Excellence Team, you will play a vital role in driving quality improvement initiatives across our hospitals. About the Role:
This role involves working closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to lead quality improvement projects that align with our strategic priorities. You will provide expert coaching and facilitation to support teams in making local improvements and engage with staff and patients to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will develop relationships with networks within divisions, including practice development, junior doctor teams, shared decision-making councils, and other networks to promote and develop a culture of improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement projects that align with hospital strategic priorities
- Provide expert coaching and facilitation to support teams in making local improvements
- Engage with staff and patients to promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Develop relationships with networks within divisions to promote and develop a culture of improvement

Requirements:
- Masters level qualification in general or healthcare management, or relevant equivalent experience or education
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Demonstrable knowledge of improvement techniques
