Schools in the Midlands are looking for a highly experienced Senior School Improvement Manager to join their team on a 4-5 month contract. The ideal candidate will have senior management experience, Local Government experience, and proven teaching experience.

The role involves leading the school improvement function, challenging and supporting maintained schools, and maintaining strong relationships with designated schools. The successful candidate will report into the Head of School Standards & Effectiveness and oversee the school improvement function.

Key responsibilities include implementing a range of school enhancement and intervention services, facilitating school-to-school support, and guiding schools to additional resources as needed.

The ideal candidate will have enhanced DBS certificate and will be able to demonstrate senior management experience within School Improvement, Local Government experience, and proven teaching experience. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 per annum.
