About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with established experience in quantity surveying, ideally in a senior role with a proven track record of working on large-scale projects valued at £40 million or above in the build sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tier 1 contractors and be familiar with JCT policies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that costs are accurately estimated, and benefits are maximized.
