At GLL, we're seeking a talented Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Monks Hill Sports Centre and Ashburton Hall in Croydon. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-energy and engaging fitness classes to our members. If you have a passion for fitness and a knack for creating an inspiring atmosphere, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver safe and effective fitness classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and motivating class environment that encourages member participation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and engaging fitness program that meets the needs of our members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices to ensure our classes remain fresh and exciting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all member expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or Fitness Instructor qualification, as well as a Pilates Level 3/Yoga Level 3 (Minimum of 200hrs)/Fitness Instructor Level 2.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A real focus on customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
