At GLL, we're seeking a talented Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Monks Hill Sports Centre and Ashburton Hall in Croydon. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, engaging fitness classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver safe and effective fitness classes that meet the needs of our members.
  • Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive class environment that encourages member participation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive fitness program that meets the needs of our members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in fitness instruction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure member satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or Fitness Instructor qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
