Personal Trainer Role

Croydon Central FWC | Fitness | Permanent contract

From £27,149.16 up to £40,327.04 OTE depending on experience

As a Personal Trainer at Nuffield Health, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. With a focus on delivering high-quality inductions, Personal best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties, you'll be confident in your ability to connect with and motivate members to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of sessions and consultations to members
  • Carry out high-quality inductions and Personal best programmes
  • Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals
  • Enjoy clear career progression with unrivalled opportunities to move onwards and upwards
  • Explore opportunities to progress into a Wellbeing Lead and management roles
  • Have the opportunity for further training from the in-house Personal Best program, upskilling to Les Mills instructor and group cycle, plus additional CPD opportunities
