Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Global Services Backoffice team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for producing and managing reports and analysis for one of our largest financial customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with our largest financial customers to produce and manage reports and analysis
  • Creating ad-hoc requests and modifying existing reports to accommodate changes
  • Improving reports and making recommendations for enhancements
  • Collaborating with multiple teams across Computacenter and the customer
  • Ensuring timely production of account reports in line with SLAs
  • Attending account/customer meetings as required

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and Power BI
  • Enthusiasm and drive to work to the best ability
  • Great team player with self-discipline to work independently
  • Care about the role and take an active interest in understanding the company
  • Inquisitive and willing to question processes for improvement
  • Embracing changes in a dynamic business environment

About the Team

You will be joining the Global Services Backoffice team, which is part of Group Commercial Management. The team supports external/internal customers from contract setup to data analysis and reporting. The UK team has 48 people based in the UK, Budapest, and India and is continuing to grow.
