Healthcare Team Lead

- Care Planning: Understand and address the needs of clients, including those requiring ongoing care.
- Daily Care Tasks: Assist clients with tasks they cannot perform independently, focusing on optimizing their independence.
- Medication Management: Lead the care planning process, manage medication, and deliver care for designated groups of service users.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality for all clients.
- Assistance with Daily Activities: Provide assistance with daily hygiene, dressing, and mobility needs.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions.
- NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
- Previous experience as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home setting.
- A passion for caring for the elderly.
- Experience with medication administration.
